Please don't restrict the use of bioidentical hormones- they SAVED MY LIFE. I was miserable, on the couch, almost unable to move. I had severe insomnia, irritability, depression, anxiety, heart palpitations, and many other symptoms. The HRT allowed me to heal, recover, and lead a normal life. I am not exaggerating when I say I believe I would be dead by now if I hadn't started taking them. PLEASE don't restrict them.
