Bio-identical hormones bring balance to my physical and emotional health. I feel safe with my compounded hormones that are made especially for me. When I was in the midst of perimenopause the physical symptoms felt erratic and would stop me from being able to live my life without worry. I tried over-the-counter products and then prescribed meds, but they didn’t seem to be working well. I felt trapped between feeling “medicated” and feeling as though nothing was working at all. My doctor suggested compounded bio-identical hormones and I have been on them ever since. I am now past menopause and remain on the hormones and will likely stay on them for a few more years.
