My primary psychiatrist could not support my ability to sleep.

My primary psychiatrist could not support my ability to sleep. It was hormone replacement (progesterone) which enabled me to sleep during perimenopause and menopause. I was desperate and had tried sleep medications. I am forever grateful to my compounding pharmacist. She is in Maryland, and I moved to Florida, and I still consult with her for my menopausal needs.
