It resolved sleep and anxiety issues allowing me to function normally again. I feel that it has helped me to remain physically active and maintain better overall health. I have a significant family history of breast cancer so needed a different formulation than conventional hormones can give. I continue to take cBHT because I feel much better with it than without it.
