I was unusable with hot flashes at night sweats daily. I was constantly fatigued at had little energy. it was life-changing, I sleep better, I have zero night sweats at the hot flashes have dramatically improved. I no longer have vaginal degrees which were painful. I like that I can get the pellets. I don't have to remember to take pills in a cream. I just take progesterone at night.
