I was extremely happy to find out that there were more natural options for hormone replacement and that my doctor felt they would be a good option for me. I have been taking bioidentical progesterone for about one and a half years and am feeling so much better now then I was. I could barely get through a day without feeling terrible. My symptoms are much more managable now.
