I used a compounded cream to balance my hormones and system for post menopausal support. It has greatly enhanced how I feel. I have excellent bone density. My skin has not lost as much elasticity. I do not experience the severe menopausal symptoms. My mental health is excellent. I used compounded estrogen and progesterone and continue to use compounded testosterone cream.
