I started using bioidentical hormones just as I began menopause. I was having a lot of pain in my knees presumably due to oncoming arthritis. The hormones stopped the pain and I could once again walk up and down stairs easily. It of course helped with menopause symptoms and has continued to help me feel well. My bone density remains very good as I am getting older. I have used the hormones for over 15 years. I am now 68 years old and feel great. I am in much better shape than most my age.
