I have been using bioidentical hormones for over 10 years now. I am starting into menopause now but in the early years I began to use them to help regulate my body so I did not have to take other medicines for depression. My depression was a mild form and I had very low energy. When I started the creams with the proper amounts of the hormones my body was short on, I began to feel like a real person again. They worked much better then any anti-depressant I had ever taken before the body has a great way of healing itself when given the right tools. I have continued to take them to keep an even mood, a good sex drive and to sleep better at night. All of these things make for a healthy, whole person in my opinion and that is what I have felt like since taking them. My perscription has changed over the years along with my body but it has always helped me to feel good and I would not want to give that up especially to someone who is just looking to make money off of me and not care how I actually feel. My doctor has been a great help and I have had regular check ups and blood work to make sure all of what I am getting is the correct amounts.
