I have been on topical hormone cream for about ten years. It has helped my mental health and helped my general physical health as well. I tried to go off of the cream for a few years. The results were disastrous for me. I felt very uneven mentally and my hair thinned more (two of the things I noticed). I have stayed on the cream to maintain a low level of hormones, as decided by my doctor. I feel mentally comfortable and would be worried about my own mental health if I no longer had access to my compounded cream. I have been very happy with the pharmacy that does this for me and want to continue.
