I had so many symptoms due to menopause, hot flashes, night sweats, a fuzzy brain, sleepless nights, anxiety (which was new to me) etc. Once I started taking bioidentical hormones, all my symptoms went away. I am on a low dose of these hormones and I see my doctor each year and I'm healthy and happy.
