I believe that bioidentical hormone therapy dramatically slows the aging of my brain (and other body parts as well.) I learned from a medical lecture by a researcher that there is reliable proof for this effect. I am experiencing sharpness of mind and excellent health throughout, at 73 years of age. When I compare myself to other women my age, I am grateful that I appear younger and can still do so many physically and mentally challenging things.
