I am a devoted user of bioidentical HRT. It keeps my mood balanced, helps me sleep, keeps my energy up, helps me balance my weight and so much more. If it weren't for compounding pharmacies being able to custom make exactly the dosage that is best for me, I don't know what I would do. It is a lifesaver.
