I am 67 years old and I started hormone therapy several years ago because I had lost my sex drive and was not sleeping well. Since taking the hormones, my husband and I are able to enjoy being intimate and I sleep much better. I do not want to take conventional hormones because my mother died from breast cancer. cBHT has most definitely affected my life for the better!
