Eighteen years ago, I had lymphoma that progressed to my bones. The treatments caused immediate menopause. Hormone treatments have strengthened my bones and allowed my memory to function better. It has helped to regulate my moods and metabolism and given me strength to continue working as a teacher. I used non-compounded hormones first, but they caused terrible skin irritation. Compounded hormone replacement therapy definitely makes my life work better.
