cBHT has greatly changed my life and lifestyle for the better. I began menopause with anxiety, depression and insomnia. I constantly felt overwhelmed. My marriage suffered and my work suffered. As a result, I didn't want to be around people. I withdrew and didn't want to go out. BHT gave me back my life! I can now sleep, I no longer have anxiety and no longer struggle with being overwhelmed. I feel like I can live again and interact with people again. Even my marriage is better! When I was young I watched my mother and grandmother suffer from menopause and isolate themselves from society. I don't want that for my life. I am passionate about bioidentical hormones. I live a healthy lifestyle, I eat healthy and try to exercise often. I do not want unsafe hormones in my body from a source that is not bioidentical. I never want to go off my cBHT.
