CBHT greatly enhanced my health and quality of life by providing relief from perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms like trouble sleeping, moodiness blooding, and weight gain. Reduced energy levels, weight gain, and hot flashes. I have had no problems with any of these. Symptoms since i have used the CBHT. I feel healthier, younger, more archive and more energy do not sleep since I use this therapy. I will not be without it.
