Bioidentical hormones, which can be compounded in any dosage, have been critical to me living a normal symptom-free life. I was having many health issues dealing with low hormones as I approached menopause. All the typical symptoms resulted in lack of sleep and lack of energy/focus. I considered quitting my job because it was so hard to focus. But bioidentical hormones saved my job and my livelihood.
