I have been on hormone therapy for almost 15 years now and before BHT I was miserable. I began menopause at 47. I couldn't sleep, I was moody and anxious, I had terrible brain fog, I was always tired and no energy as well as having hot flashes every 45 minutes to an hour 24-7. This is no exaggeration. My grown daughter finally said to me "Mom you are going to have to do something; you're a little crazy". It was at that time that I found a physician and began my BHT. Literally within 2-4 days most of my symptoms subsided; it was life-changing. I seriously do not know what I would have done without BHT. I am almost 62 and am still in menopause and do a combination of capsules and pellets and when it gets close to my pellet insertion time I start having symptoms again. BHT really does change lives; why would anyone want to take that away from us? I am the very best 62 that I can be because of BHT.
