BHRT has changed my life! I love that I (with my doctor) can customize my hormones to fit my needs. Not everyone benefits from the commercially available strengths that the medications come in and compounding allows to make dosage changes that make such a difference. I personally do best on a progesterone 30mg capsule, which is not available commercially. Also, I do not like dyes in my medications and compounding allows for dye-free pills.
