Before these pellets- which saved my life really. I had terrible mood swings, severe hot flashes & no sleep. that was my years or so ago. these pellets are a miracle for me. I tried everything before pellets. nothing worked. I could not take a Prempro or any RX I had a bad reaction to the chemicals. migraine sickness with all prescription HRT.
