As a woman, I have been able to age rather naturally with cBHT. The hot flashes and mood swings as well as vaginal dryness and other effects of menopause are mild or non existen now. Bioidential hormones is a choice and it is one I am happy to have. To have the choice to care for myself with hormones that are natural and mimic my body as opposed to manufactured drugs is a choice I want to make and deserve to make. I feel like myself, and I feel great at 53. I do not have any additional side effects that arise from bioidentical hormones. I am afraid I would if I went the Big Pharma route.
