After I passed the menopause stage of my life, I was suffering with very uncomfortable hot flashes at all times during the day, but mostly at night. Taking cBHT daily has subsided the hot flashes to a minimum level where I can get a better night sleep. I enjoy using the cream dispenser, I do not have to take a pill.
